Monitor the open item list and maintain the bridge of audit adjustments from the unadjusted trial balance to adjusted audited trial balance
Consult with the auditors on the need for complex technical accounting memos and prepare if applicable
Draft the audit financial statements and related footnotes
Assist in completing SEC, US GAAP or IFRS Disclosure checklists
