Mike Rollins

Calabrese Consulting's Chief Operating Officer, Mike Rollins, has 25 years of C-level experience. Mike is an integral part of Calabrese, driving company growth, infrastructure, and day-to-day finance and accounting engagements. He has served as CFO, CEO, and COO for several public and private companies. His finance background and experience include analyzing business transactions for IRS, GAAP and SEC reporting requirements; developing and implementing mergers and acquisition strategies; and preparing analyses of international tax treaties and regulations for favorable US treatment. His operations experience includes MSH International, Inc., Elevation Health, Fuse Science Inc., Technology Control Services, TVC Telecom, Interglobe (UK), eLandia International and Deloitte and Touche LLP.

Mike holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and a Masters in Accountancy from the University of Georgia.
