Christy Albeck

Christy Albeck founded her consulting firm in 1987, providing outsourced CFO, controller, due diligence and SEC reporting services to private and public companies in the US. In 2008, Christy started Albeck's Asia Pacific practice, providing these same services for Asian companies going public in the US. In 2019, Albeck entered the SPAC arena, providing consulting/advisory services for over 125 active SPACs. Over 40 years, Albeck grew from a sole proprietorship to a global consulting firm with offices in Houston, New York and Beijing, Shanghai and Shenzhen.

In 2022, Albeck merged her firm with Calabrese Consulting LLC, where she is thrilled to be a partner and currently manages the global and domestic pre-audit, due diligence, SEC reporting and client relationships. Christy received a BS in Accountancy (with honors) from the University of Houston.
